PomoSpot is offered free of charge to help you focus. By using pomospot.com or the PomoSpot browser extension you agree to these terms.

Using PomoSpot

You may use PomoSpot for personal study and work. You may not resell it, scrape it, or use it to send spam, abuse or unlawful content through study-room chat.
Room codes are shared links. Anyone with a code can join that room and read its chat. Be considerate to other people in the room; we may close rooms that are used abusively.
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, other users' rooms or accounts, or the third-party services PomoSpot connects to.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can ask us to delete your account and synced data at any time through the in-app feedback form.

Music and third-party services

Spotify and Apple Music playback is provided by those companies under their own terms and may require a subscription. Ambient sounds and lofi tracks included in PomoSpot are licensed for use inside the app and may not be downloaded or redistributed. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo.

Your data

How PomoSpot handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. Focus statistics are kept locally unless you sign in and sync them.

No guarantees

PomoSpot is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that focus data will never be lost. Keep your own record of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app itself. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
